Sound Diving Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or renewing a membership, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Benefits

Benefits are published on our website and may include discounted air fills, dives, training sessions, and gear purchases. Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and apply only to the named member.

2. Duration & Renewal

• Membership is valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Renewal reminders will be sent before expiry.
• Lapsed members must rejoin at current rates.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• Fees are payable in full at sign-up and are non-refundable except as required by UK consumer law.
• Discounts and free benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Use of Benefits

• Discounts apply only to qualifying products, services, and events.
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• All bookings subject to availability.

5. Equipment & Air Fills

• Air fills require valid cylinder test and safe condition.
• Club gear provision excludes mask, snorkel, and fins (ABC kit).

6. Behaviour & Safety

• Follow all safety briefings, instructor guidance, and centre rules.
• Breach of safety or conduct may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

7. Liability

All diving activities require completion of a liability release and compliance with medical fitness standards.
