Your Refresh Journey

1) Check-In & Plan
Review your past dives, goals and any nerves; customise your session.
2) Pool Skills
Core skills refreshed at your pace in a relaxed, controlled environment.
3) Optional Sea
Put it together on a guided shore dive if conditions say “go.”

Course Prerequisites

  • Certified diver (any agency)
  • Completed medical questionnaire
  • Minimum age: 10 (junior divers welcome with guardian)

FAQ

Typically 2–4 hours for briefing and pool. Add time if you choose an optional shore dive.
Certified divers who’ve been out of the water for a while, or anyone wanting a confidence boost before a trip.
This is a refresher, not a new certification. We can log the session and provide proof of recent training for dive centres.
Yes—exposure suit, BCD, regulators, weights and cylinders included. You’re welcome to bring your own kit for checks and tuning.
You’ll complete a standard medical questionnaire. If it flags anything, a diving doctor’s clearance is required before in-water training.
Pool goes ahead regardless. If the sea says “not today,” we reschedule the open water part—your safety and enjoyment come first.
